Construction Update – July 15 2023

20 CambridgeSide Place

• Installation of building façade ongoing
• Installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing ongoing
• Interior finish construction ongoing
• As part of completing the exterior work at 20 CambridgeSide, the CambridgeSide Place parking garage entrance (next to The Cheesecake Factory) will be temporarily closed on Monday, June 12 through Friday, June 16, 2023. All traffic will be directed to the First Street parking garage entrance. CambridgeSide Place and the garage exit will remain open. 

60 First Street

• Installation of building façade ongoing
• Interior finish construction ongoing

Canal Park

• During the week of July 17, improvements work in Canal Park will begin, including but not limited to landscaping, lighting, pathways and more.
